Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@staugustinetourismguide.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@staugustinetourismguide.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.
