Thank you for shopping at the St. Augustine Tourism Guide Shop. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, etc.) or due to carrier disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@staugustinetourismguide.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
