Data Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from St. Augustine Tourism Guide, you can do so in one of two ways:
Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App
Open the St. Augustine Tourism Guide app, go to your Profile, navigate to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Your account and associated data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.
Option 2: Submit a Request by Email
Send an email to info@staugustinetourismguide.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address or username associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Any listings or content you submitted
- Messages and notifications associated with your account
- Saved favorites and preferences
Retention Note
Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
